Goal Setting
Goal Setting is a well used tool at St Albans. It is used as part of interviews at the beginning of the year and then again through out the year. Ongoing goal setting is a skill that children who need a differentiated curriculum can use to personalise their learning.

Brainstorming is a tool often under utilised. It is widely used in FPS and when you persevere and teach it with some rules is a wonderful start to the creative and collaborative thinking process.
